Born in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco in the mid-sixties, Milton spent his childhood growing up in a redwood tree forest and riding his bicycle between the growing grapevines of the Korbel Champagne Vineyards in Northern California. Coming from a family that includes artists, he began drawing and sketching.
As a teenager he moved to the central coast of California where he surfed and played guitar in a punk band, Public Oppression. He began painting on canvases with acrylics.
While attending college, he co-founded a student film production organization, Hardcore Productions. Majoring in photography, video and film production, Milton received a B.A. in Visual Arts from the University of California, San Diego. Milton then moved to Hollywood and worked in the film business for such companies as IMAX and Paramount Pictures.
Relocating to Manhattan in 1994, Milton worked for various investment banks doing computer support work as he photographed, composed music, painted and designed web sites (such as this one). Milton currently owns a multimedia business, MFM. He also is a fine artist and photographer whose work has been displayed in San Diego, Los Angeles, and New York.
